28th APRIL 2016 – Singapore-based enterprise software solutions provider CommGate has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Alibaba E-commerce and Alibaba Cloud the international business and cloud computing arms of e-commerce giant Alibaba Group.
Singapore-based enterprise software solutions provider CommGate has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Alibaba E-commerce and Alibaba Cloud the international business and cloud computing arms of e-commerce giant Alibaba Group. Through this partnership, Alibaba E-commerce merchants will have special privileges to subscribe to CommGate’s suite of integrated CloudERP solutions including Inventory Management, CRM, Invoicing, Point-of-Sale and Real-time Analytics to enhance productivity and scale their e-commerce and retail businesses.
Marcus Chow, CEO of Marx B, an exclusive men’s shoe retailer and CommGate customer, commented: “With CommGate’s Cloud – POS, we increased productivity and sales within one year as we were able to minimize stockouts through the inventory management system. The CommGate Cloud Solutions platform provided easy-to-use analytics to adjust our marketing strategy continuously so that we could enhance our interaction with customers in real-time.”
Alibaba Cloud’s Head of ASEAN, Raymond Ma said of the partnership: “We evaluated a number of cloud-based solutions and found CommGate’s suite of SaaS solution for SMEs to be ideal in both value and effectiveness for the merchants.”
