Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • What you will be doing:
      • As an Opportunities Creator, your mission is to acquire 80 SME clients per annum to help them Sell more, Reduce costs and Manage their operations efficiently with CommGate Cloud Applications, Omni-channel E-commerce and Digital Solutions.
  • Should you join our team as an Opportunities Creator, you will have a great experience to:
    • Identify decision makers and inspire them with CommGate‘s Core Purpose, Brand Promise and Value Propositions with support from internal marketing.
    • Seek to understand Client’s business challenges and aspirations, communicate our Value Propositions and solutions that helps them achieve their business goals.
    • Prepare and conduct Pre-Sales presentations and lead the Sales conversations, and Proposal development.
    • Adopt a customer centric and professional approach with a high level of service quality in interactions with Client.
    • Maintain the relationship with SMEs to empower them with value-added services including training, workshops, sharing useful content, etc.
    • Be accountable for your Client acquisitions and results.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma qualification in related fields (Computer Engineering/ Business studies)
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in cloud and applications sales
  • Experienced in selling solutions ranging from S$20K to S$160K
  • Professional Sales certifications will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team members responsible for Service and Projects Delivery
  • Create and oversee project plans and schedules; work closely with Customer, Engineering team and other Service Delivery team members to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope
  • Problem and incident management ensuring  SLA’s are achieved and client expectations are met (or exceeded)
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed


Requirements:

  • 3-years of account or service delivery management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Experience in delivering web development projects such as e-commerce sites, marketplaces, community portals, etc
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage Client’s Digital Marketing projects for delivery based on requirements and specifications.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across various stakeholders and regional teams to achieve delivery targets.
  • Ensure quality output and work with Engineering team to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Support Sales team in co-creating of Business Proposals in digital marketing.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of experience in similar role.
  • Familiar with digital, web and enterprise solution projects.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferably possess an aesthetic and design sense.

Education

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent or minimum 5 years’ of experience for Diploma holders
