Manual bookings had to be communicated through the phone with a pen and paper. It was ineffective for the managers to keep track of the number of bookings per day and deterred their customers to make bookings.
CommGate implemented an artfully designed booking software to allow their customers to book online with a fraction of the time required. Each staff member is equipped with a personal log-in to check their schedules. Reminder emails are sent for bookings made in advance or for any cancellations.
The appointment booking system implemented by CommGate has improved the retail and customer service experience at
