Sharp-Roxy Sales (S) Pte Ltd provides multi-function device and other office automation solutions to its customers.
Sharp has a sales force of 30, whose current sales activities are manually tracked. This poses a challenge to the sales management team because there is no software system to efficiently track sales communications, sales appointments, generation of quotation and other sales activities. Due to these challenges, the sales team has to perform administrative duties, which hinders them from the ability to meet more prospects and clients to achieve their highest potential to sell more.
We implemented a CRM system implementation with CommGate methodologies since 2007, to professionally manage the collection of name cards, sales leads, sales pipelines, sales opportunities, sales management reporting and sales deals registration. We also developed a dealer registration log-in to enhance tracking of sales.
